The deleverable items required for this work are the activity plan, interview guides, and final report. Each of these are reviewed by the classroom teacher.
All team members are collectively responsible for the work of the team. Individual contributions to the team's work are monitored and assessed as work is being performed using a task management tool (see sample task list). Evaluation resources are also available in IjtihadToday Evaluation Approaches
This information is combined with a completion of project performance appraisal interview conducted for each team member by the classroom teacher. Additionally, a documented discussion of lessons learned is required to be produced by the team.
